Buyers pay zero fees
Buyers pay the listed item price plus the seller's stated shipping cost. No service fees, no checkout surcharges. What you see is what you pay.
Payout timing
Hold periods start when the buyer confirms delivery. Stripe then typically adds 1–2 business days.
Refunds and disputes
When a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favour, the full purchase amount (item + shipping) is refunded. The platform fee is not returned to the seller.
When a dispute is resolved in the seller's favour, held funds are released as normal.
Stripe's payment processing fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
